MENTORSHIP

Our goal is to create and maintain a safe and effective BDSM mentoring program in BC.

To develop a framework and standards  in order to promote protege safety and encourage personal growth.

The mission of the mentoring program is to

• help match potential mentors and proteges.
• help guide the development of a statement of purpose and a long range mentoring plan for proteges and their mentors.
• help outline with whom, what, where, when, why and how mentoring activities will be performed.
• help outline the goals, objectives and time line for the protege and their mentor.
• help negotiate the roles and responsibilities of the mentor and the protege.

As well as to encourage exploring growth opportunities beyond mentoring.  Such as encouraging volunteerism and other ways of giving back to the community.
